The FG-400PR professional food grinder has die cast aluminum housing and over sized die cast hopper which holds up to 5 pounds. The powerful 380 watt motor grinds up to 2.9 pounds of meat per minute making it ideal for making sausage. Make appetizers, pates, relishes, sandwich spreads, hamburger and other ground meat. The on/off switch comes with a reverse feature that reverses the auger rotation to safely dislodge any blocked food. Includes three sintered stainless steel plates and stainless steel cutting blades. Two different sized sausage tubes included and it dissembles for easy cleaning.
