The Nesco FG-300 Food Grinder is easy to operate and comes equipped with powerful 400 watts of power to grind up to 3-lbs of meat per minute. It features a die cast hopper that holds up to 3-lbs and a die cast Auger and Feed tube. The stable design prevents tipping and the sculped groove under the auger accommodates a bowl to catch the food. It has a motor reverse switch, disassembles for easy cleaning, and the attachments are dishwasher safe. The cutting blade is stainless steel and grinder plates are sintered stainless. You can use it to make hamburger, sausage, pureed vegetables, carrot cake, relish, spreads, pate, stuffing and even baby food. The FG-300 includes food pusher, sausage stuffer, puree attachement, sintered stainless steel grinder plates (fine & course) – all accessories can be stored in the pusher.
